Old video game stuff worth money?

I've got a ton of Nintendo Power and Electronic Gaming monthly (ones with like double dragon and super mario 2 in them) supporting my busted bedframe at home, and a Coleco Vision in my basement with Qbert, Space Fury (Asteroids knockoff), the original Frogger, Defender, and a few other ones. Just wondering if this junk is worth anything..?

There's alot of it on e-bay... You probably get about $60 for the colecovision (including all your games).

I've got an Intellivision II boxed up at my folks house with about 60 games for it (QBert, Burgertime, Astrosmash, Dungeons & Dragons, etc.). Sometimes when I go to visit, I'll dig it out and play a few games.

Re: Old video game stuff worth money?

I know quite a few people who are always interested in classic video game stuff. E-bay is the way to go.

Hmmm... if I could get like $500 from some rich collector it may be worth it. I'd rather just keep them as antiques than give em away for gas money. I still have yet to get an ebay account though.

Are you talking about the stand alone 'Pong' game? If you are, keep that shit for a long time, cuz it'll probably be worth quite about in later years.

I think so. My aunt has an atari 2600 and i may see if she'll sell it to me or if she'll leave it for me when she passes on. She had told me she didn't know what to do with it and i told her to keep that shit, cuz it'll be worth quite a bit later.
