Question door saging

ok guys here is a question. i have a 92 teg and it has been wrecked before so here is my problem. my driver side door is sagging and what i mean buy that is when i shut the door it scrapes if ya get my drift. so i thought it could possibly be that the door hinges were bent from the wreck, so i bought some new door hinges and well it didnt do jack and i actually think it made it worse. i can roll the window all the way up and i can stick my finger through the window and the window seal with easy and my finger would be out side. Any idea as to what it could be? i got charged out the ass for them to put new hinges on it and it didnt work so as you can see im frustrated. Can the hinges be adjusted or am i just shit out of luck? Could it possibly be that the door is screwed? any idea would be great. also can you adjust how the hinges some how? just looking for anything to work properly.
