AEM CAM gears
Does any one have the aem cam gears on their car do they help a lot? Or are they a waste of money?

i have AEM cam gears and Hks cam shaft. I don't know too much about my car yet, im a newbie also but i think they help alot if you get them set right. They are mainly there to time the car more accurately i think...not sure if im right please correct me cause im still learning too!
