The 1990 Town Car came with a 5.0l.
The 1992 in question has a 4.6l. They are two very different engines. The wiring is completly different and I'm sure that the Engine mounting points are different as well. It would be easier and cheaper to get a Rebuilt or Reman 5.0l from a reputable shop for the 90.
