Question Replace oil pan

Does anyone know if there is enough room to remove/replace the oil pan on a 97 suburban 4x4/350 without jacking the engine? Also can it be done without removing the timing chain cover?

If you remove the front differnetial the oil pan will come straight down, no need to remove timimg cover.

Thanks for the reply but that sounds like a hell of a job in itself. Is it as difficult as it sounds?
