"Slate: If Muhammad is guilty, is Malvo innocent?"

This was the title of a news article. Now I really didn't read the article. I just saw some theories in it, and still thought it was bull shit.

Here is my thought of the topic. How can 2 people commit a crime, and 1 be guilty, and the other innocent? I think this is just plain not smart.

That's like me and Joe, robbing a bank. He does all the robbing, and I stand around and make sure he does ok. Does that me he is innocent, and I get in jail because "I brainwashed" him. I think not. I think Malvo is guilty. If he somehow gets out of this, this is another point of how bad our legal system is.

they should clear out a small city block with a gas station in the middle of it. they should then dispense 10-15 snipers throughout buildings in the area and let them have a field day firing at this guy while he tries to get away, let him know how scared those people must have been.

They're both guilty so I don't care what happens to em as long as they get the death penalty.

Thats a big issue in Malvo's trial because he was a minor when he shot the people, but has since turned 18 making him a legal adult.

All I know is I like how the prosecutors are proceeding. One murder at a time. If the jury doesn’t fry them for the first one. There are nine others to progress through. Eventually, one of the juries will do what needs to be done and put those bastards in the chair.
