heat, ac switch

the blower wont do anything but flow to the floor and the ac wont kick on unless the switch is turned to the off position, im wondering if its the switch or maybe the blower actuator or maybe both? i have no idea.

Re: Re: heat, ac switch

Same problem here. For a while, my a/c wouldn't stop blowing. Even if I cut it off it continued on low. Then it really started acting weird as only a few spots low, and high would work. Now they have all quit working, and I have no heat except the seats, lol. Any idea of what has gone bad. Thx in advance.

Re: heat, ac switch

Dads is sorted now, turned out to be the HVAC pannel in the dash gone bad. once the new pannel arrived, it was a relatively easy instalation, as everything just clips into place, just a bit fiddly. two screwdrivers needed to depress the plastic tags that hold the HVAC pannel in.

Apparently it is a common problem
