Smile new here

Ok, i'm new here nothing big with my car, just a lame 98 escort sedan. Can't find anything to do with it, i've had it for 3 yrs and finally deciding to do something with it. I'm looking on the net for ground effects and all that and seem to be comming up with nothing. I wasn't planning to keep it but i'm still paying on it so i decided maybe i could fix it up but so far i'm having no luck. drop a line or something please help. yes, a chick wanting to fix up her car i know weird, but oh well.

I know how you feel...I drive a '99 Aquamarine sedan. I wouldn't get the ground effects, but then again, MI has some of the worse roads in the country. Out there in CA it seems like you can walk into an auto shop and they can tell you what they can order for your car. The only ground effects I saw on the web are for ZX2s and Focus. Don't be afraid to ask around. If you see someone with a "hooked-up" ride, ask them who did the work. The most I would consider changing on my car are the head and tail lights. I like the HID light kits with that "Euro" look that some automakers are using as standard like the Altima and the new Lexus RX330. I think it would look smooth to have that middle part of the tail lights in that silvery stuff. I have read that the bulbs burn out quick and are way more expensive. In any event I am determined to get all the bell and whistles for the next car I buy when I finish grad school. My escort will become my winter car. Make sure your Scort is right under the hood. I use a $25 portable CD player instead of having a CD deck installed. Around here my windows will get busted out for a stupid radio. I say keep it simple.

two cars on there are my model, and they look great, but they put major money in them and probably had there kits premade for them to fit right.
