03 Civic HX Mods

Hey, I'm about to trade in my 98 Z28 for a 2003 HX 5-speed and was wondering about what they run in the quarter mile? I will be putting on exhaust and intake system and rims but I hear the HX is slower than the LX and DX (115 hp) even though the HX has 117 hp. Also I was wondering if the lean burning engine would eliminate the possibility of NOS being used??

Re: 03 Civic HX Mods

not sure on the HX 1/4 mile time - remember HX is for gas mileage & why the hell are you going from a Z28 to a civic hx?

You could use nitrous if you use it wisely, go with a zex kit.

Re: Re: 03 Civic HX Mods

Go for the EX for like $1k more. You get vtec and a lot more nifty options. LX/HX scream econobox.
