Hello again Philippe!!

I'm happy to see that you found your way to this forum. I could tell by your email to me that you would enjoy reading here. We're ok with the broken English, so don't worry. Worst case, you can try typing in French and we can use a web translator to figure it out.

I can't wait to see your photos!

Hello !

Thank you all. It's an honor for me to be registered here.

It was a dream for me to see a McLaren F1 in real because :
1) since ten years, I waited for this.
2) I wanted to go to Geneva to see many supercars including Enzo (not present at start), Koenigsegg (already seen), EB110SS, etc... So, I was happy all day long ! I had had a pass like true photographs
There are cars which don't come like Koenigsegg (broken motor) or Laraki but in my head It was impossible to have a car not on the list. You understand ? And the miracle arrived !

Here a little story in french posted on www.s2000-french-owners-club.com:

Salut !

Ciao
Phil
Thanks peloton25, mini magic, Bakasan

jomo12345 > The car stayed less than one hour. I was about 50 metres when it arrived and I only saw two doors in elytre and a carbon wing. My friends said "it's a McLaren" and I wanted not to believe ! Only these elements were visibles in a crowd fo 200 people !!!!!
After, We decided walk to it and when I realized that I was looking at a McLaren F1 with doors opened and the owner whos was speaking with some people !!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said there were 3 or 4 McLaren F1 in or near Geneva but they don't go out often.
To answer to you : Now, I understand better what I heard since peloton25 indicate me it was an LM engine with 691bhp !!!!!!!!
It's hard to descrive this incredible sound. It's terrific.

f1esp - I think he realizes now that #073 is not a GTR. I set him straight on his first email to me.

Salut Cabrio92

PS: next time I will use my poor english, so they can understand us ;-) (I hope)

Hi again Phil-
I'm sure you are looking through the old threads in the forum, but maybe you haven't found this one yet?

Page 3 has some really great photos of #073 taken by someone who posts on a different forum.
