91 passat 2.0L :Fine under engine load JERKY when not..
1991 Passat 4cyl 2.0L.
When I am accelerating my engine runs fine but when I let off of the pedal (ever so slightly) at any speed the car jerks wildly. Basically when the car is decilerating or accelerating the engine is smooth BUT in that NO LOAD "middle ground" the thing jerks crazily. Please Help me.

check dizzy and rotor,leads,(plugs?) also check for air/vac leaks.could be running lean.
