Squeaky Brakes on 98 model

I recently had my brakes done at the dealership. New rotors and pads turned. I specifically mentioned that I didn't want them to be as squeaky as the time before. At that time I took it back to the dealer a couple of times, to try to get rid of the noise. The new ones squeal as loudly as the old ones did. Has anyone else had this problem?
