My '99 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 v6 (50,000 miles) is hard to start most of the time, if you don't touch the gas pedal it will just crank and crank, if you give it just a little gas it starts pretty good. Engine hot or cold , it acts the same. I have replaced the IAC valve, it seemed better for a week or so but now it's back to the same old stuff. Any ideas?? Thanks Tom

Check the fuel filter, also the spark plugs and replace with nippendenso plugs if needed.

Re: isuzu rodeo hard to start
once again sounds like the old EGR valve, it can cause this concern without illuminating the check engine light
