Exclamation brake lights staying on

Hey Im new to the forum and the GrandAm ownership. I have a 92 Grand Am and this morning I get to work and the brake lights wont go off. Everything was off but the brake lights not just the tail lights stayed on. It is foggy and crappy out so I figure moisture problem. Where is the first place to look or what should I look for in the trunk area that would tell me its moisture? Or in general what should I look for?
Thanks

most likley it is the brake lamp switch wich is out of adjustment.under the drivers side of the dash there is a panel down by the pedals.remove the panel grab a flashlight and look up along the brake pedal you will see a switch with a plunger that hits the pedal push the switch torwards the brake pedal to make the plunger get pushed back in you will also hear a few clicks now the switch should be back in adjustment if it happens again replace the switch and the plastic retainer it clicks into.
