Having trouble locating plug to CPS. Jeep has been down for weeks. Only have one leg and have been stranded more times than I want to think about, much less having to walk. Sometimes starts in park and sometime have to put in nuetral. Driving along and just stops. might start back might not, sometimes have to let it cool down. HELP!!!!!!!
I'm tired of walking. I love my jeep and never had major problems till now, I've replaced the oxygen sensor already, has new starter, new plugs, new radiator. I need to work!!! Thanks

Re: 94 Cherokee Sport, stalling, told to check CPS plug for corrosion. Locate?
The CPS plug on my 89 is under the hood toward the firewall between the master cylinder (brake) and the rear of the valve cover. The replacement has a longer pig-tail and is easyier to connect...Getting the old one out is a bear, need an 11mm swivel socket and patience. Good luck
