I just bought the JADA TOYS 1:24 Import Racer Black Mitsubishi Eclipse and I was wondering are there any sites or companies that make any modifications for this car?

Nope, anything you want done is gonna have to be custom. There are sites like hoppinhydros.com or tuning18 where you can get some useful parts though.
