Please help, tranny question!

Ok my friends got a 94 Eagle Talon and he has a bad tranny. We found a 92 1.8 full motor with tranny but was wondering if it fits and if it does what all do we need?

Just for the curious, his tranny has some problem where it slips out of gear and at the time it happened it white smoked and popped out of gear and made a loud sound. Now it won't even slip into gear. Before that, we had a problem where it wouldn't even really catch when IN gear and found out it was a "clutch bleed" problem. SO anyways any help would do great!.

And as the God of Water walked away, the woman noticed something while drinking her bottle.
Woman: HEY IT SAYS NAIVE!"

Check out some design pics I made.

Re: Please help, tranny question!

Try to disconect the shift cables and shift into gears by hand .if they dont work you could have an internal problem. if they do work then try adjusting your shifter
