Need Help on my 2003 Dodge Neon SOHC SE 2.0L

I'm 16 years old, and I had been planning on a Dodge Neon since I was like 12. But I didn't know untill this year that I wanted to turn it into a street car. It will take me a couple years since I just got a job, but I'm still going to turn it into a street car. I was wondering if anyone could help me with buying performance parts for my car to make it best on the street. Just some helpful hints to make it fast as quick as possible, and as affordable as possible. But I would really appreciate it if you could give me some pointers.

you will have to save a lot of money if you want to do everything at the same time ( i recommend it ) and you can start by turbocharging your car, and start adding small details to it .. like air filters, spoilers .. and then you're done!

Hey, Thanks, but do you know a good place where I can find turbochargers for my car? I've looked but everything is for the damned SRT-4. (I love that car) But yea, website preferably. Not many places to do anything down here, I'll have to order them from a website. And do you know a good place to get a manual transmission. I have auto, and I want to get rid of it.

Hey Thankz! That Spiralmax thing is pretty cheap. I dont have much money right now, but I'm working on it. I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SE SOHC 2.0L 4-Cylinder. Its your basic model. Nothing is changed on it cept some neon lighting. Specs are same for any 2003 Neon SOHC 2.0L. Any other specs u need just tell me. I'll get them to you. About that manual transmission. I would like it to be a street racing type. Racing clutch maybe. Just something affordable and will work well. I live in Wichita Falls, Tx. Thankz for your help!!

and an apexi n1 exhaust coming in the mail
i want the most out of my car i can get while leaving it street legal
