What kind of tint is this? *PIC*

I have seen this tint on a few mercury villigers and nissan quests (same van) around year 98-99 , and some lexus' too. I really like it and was wondering what kind of tint it is. To describe it; it is like a mirror like tint, that reflects the sun. You can see colors in the reflection, unlike black tinting. I really like the look of it and it probably reflects the sun. Here is a pic of it:KEEP IN MIND, IN THE PICTURE THE TINT I AM TALKING ABOUT IS ON THE HATCH BACK GLASS

It's actually not regular window tint film if it's factory tinted mirror, black, or whatever. You can get the same effect by using mirror window tint film available in all types of colors(mirror/non-mirror, even hologram tint.
