...i dont like how the mufflers make you sound like your doing 80mph when you are just driving 10mph in the parking lot.

He's got a point. Not to mention, it's ever so important for ricers to totally wind out first gear wherever they go

Import scene? I hear probably 5 or 6 times the trucks and muscle cars making a lot of noise but going nowhere as I do imports.

Yeah that how my town is also more muscle than rice but either way they payed for their exhaust systems so maybe they just like to hear them.

Yea but you have to admit its cooler to hear a chevelle roaring and rumbling than a civic buzzing past you blasting rap.

Raspy buzzing Civic or backfiring and missing 84 Camaro. I'll take neither, please.

Re: what i dislike about the import scene

Some people have to get in into their heads that civics are not the only imports out there. The roar of a 2jz-gte is also an import. So is a 4G63. Both sound as good as a misfiring V8 with dual exhaust. And keep this in mind: most serious import tuners hate ricers as much as you do.

i actually like the buzzy sounding exhaust tones... the ones in some japanese videos of skylines and such...

i also like the roar of a mustang, music to my ears...

i dont like the mustle car imitator exhausts that make your windows shake when a civic drives by at 5mph...

Might want to use a turnip or something or if you run into onna deeese

I'd suggest a watermelon or maybe the head of the driver.

Re: Re: what i dislike about the import scene

Overall I just think it's funny that each generation has the exact same criticism for the cars they drive. I just say get over it. An exhaust is an Exhaust. The point is to free up horsepower. Personally my favorite sound is turbo spool.
