WTB Late 80's RX-7; Also question on Tranny

Looking for an RX-7 late 80's (87,88,89,90?) or a 91+... Manual, have about $5,000 to spend... Also is an Auto to Manual swap easy and basicaly the price of the tranny and to have a clutch installed? Or does it require A LOT of work?

yea you should be able to find a really good second gen (86-91) probably turbo for under $5000. I am getting an 1986 rx-7 (non turbo) for like $1000-$1500 (still haggeling). but yea you should be able to get a really nice 2nd gen for that.
