Hello...I'm new to this forum!!....I'm "natcc99"
Hello G20 people
I am brand new to this forum and I thought I might drop by to introduce myself. I own a 1991 Honda Accord and have been a moderator for purehonda.com since March 2000. I have always been fasinated by G20's ever since they reintroduce it back to the US market. However, I wasn't too happy with the power. Let's just say,when I first saw it, the car looks a lot faster than it is. Too bad for that. Anyways, I love the styling and I'm sure you guys love it too considering many of you own one.  My girlfriend has a 99 G20 and yes I will have to say that it's impressive. I've been looking around here to see what info I can find for her car. I don't know much since I have been mostly into Honda's this whole time. Anyways, since I hope to drop by every now and then and discuss some topics, I figured I say Hello to Everyone  Here's a picture of my ride and my girlfriend's ride. Don't they make a wonderful couple?!?!?!

Yeah, naturally, I love my G20. I honestly have only driven one Honda car in my life (all of 3 driving years :hehe: ) Just take a look around, and you'll find just about anything you ever wanted to know about the G. It's bound to be somewhere in here!

Hello Everyone
THANKS for the warm welcome!!! Yeah, I know her car looks better than mine. Mine is kinda dull and boring....but people comment that it's clean looking. So I guess that's cool. Yeah...I know there's a cure for the power..which is why I'm here. I know there's a turbo kit for G20, but she doesn't like how there is lag on some turbo set ups. Do you know if G20 comes with a supercharger kit?!? She told me NOS is out of the question. HEHEHEHE Sorry...no white rims for my baby. She likes the touring style...she only wish they were bigger and not just 15 inch. Thanks everyone see you around.

There is no supercharger kit available. Turbo kits are available, as well as the optional turbo powerplant (sr20det) that isn't factory in the states, but is available from a few different places. The aftermarket kits I believe give more power, but the det engine and turbo setup can be had for less and has the advantage of being genuine nissan.

jwt has made a turbo kit. the problem is it isn't available yet. i've read over a year ago about its impending release. according sport compact car, the jwt turbo doesn't need a blow off valve and doesn't have much lag. the price is about 38 benjamin franklins.
you can get quite a bit of hp non aspirated too.

Yes, there is a G20 aftermarket although I don't think it's as ... comprehensive ... as for Honda. Maybe a bit more expensive too. Just take any 'Honduh' bashing with a grain of salt and you'll find plenty of good info.

anyways, welcome to the forums man. you should be able to find a lot of info here for the g20. please read through all the old threads as many of your questions are probably somewhere there.
