Question

Single Speed Wipers?

Guys,
The wipers on my dad's '99 chevy full-size van only work on the highest speed setting. They won't work on the wash, low, mist, or delay settings. What could be the problem? Is it the wiper motor control module? If so, how can I test it without replacing it?

Check the low speed windings on the control unit or motor. Ray
