cat converter\h22, h23 which is better
I think i have a problem with my catalitic converter around 3500-3700ish rpm my car makes this buzzing just between thoses rpms and i was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with a stock exaust.
And i was woundering which is better h22 or h23? Thanks |

Check all your heat shields.

i had the same exact problem at 25-2600. i just ripped off the bottom heat shield, like sideshow mentioned, and that fixed everything.
and i dont have any basis for my assumption, but id think the h22 cat would be better. im thinking, since it has more power, if either would be free'er flowing, it would be that one. although, unless you live in CA and its smog time, i'd say go for a straight pipe.

IMO I like the H22, but an H23 with an H22 VTEC head on it is sweet too.
