TPS Problems

Hey guys...need help again...
I got my MPFI done...actually I just did the Si swap but when I put the engine in from the bottom, I broke off the TPS sensor completely so the wires aren't even connected to it. I still cant get my car to start. I've checked each cylinder and each cylinder is getting spark and fuel, actually too much fuel I think because each spark plug is soaked in fuel. and my cylinders are flooded. Could this be because of the broken off TPS? could my car be too flooded to start? How do I get all that fuel out of the cylinders? I have another TPS from a 2nd gen teg but just havent had time to put it on.
