Re: Lsvtec?!?!

There are too many factors to weigh in but if you're a good driver i'd say a high 14

So considering you're dropping it in the EG with stock LS/VTEC, It SHOULD be in the LOW 14's. That's with a good driver of course. I've seen it done at Portland International Raceway. The guy ran a 14.2 with his car fully gutted.

no offense, but you should look around on the forum before you ask questions like that. that question has been asked plenty of times.

I know of a guy that runs 13.0X's with an 85 shot on his sohc vtec. He runs on 22" slicks I believe. That would be a whole heck of a lot cheaper.

Re: Lsvtec?!?!

Put all the engine parts you want, if you don't have some good tires, you're going nowhere. With an LS/VTEC, I'm guessing you'll have alot of wheelspin, so I suggest you get some nice tires...they'll probably make you from .2 to .5 seconds faster, depending on which tire you use. I reccomend Toyo Proxes RA1 but they wear out really quick if you're racing.
