Exclamation ring job on 92 Accord EX, how hard is it to do???

i thinking of buying my friends 92 Accord(fav honda besides the lude) EX auto 2dr coupe for $200 and it needed if i remember right a ring job and i was wondering how hard is it??? i was thinking of taking off the oil pan and what not under the block then dis connecting the connecter rods then take off the head and push the pistons and rods out though the top.

but i was also thinking of getting his slammed 87 chevy C10 step side with a sweeeeeet tuned TBI 350 which if i remember right could keep up with my friends 13sec 96 Z71. i think he would be willing to sell it to me for $200. all it needs is new engine bearings and oil pump. iwas thinking of taking off the parts under the block to reveal the crankshaft and then pull out the rad. and front grill then pull out the crankshaft pull out the rods and pistons then replace the bearings then put everything back together.

so i got two choice's in projet cars.(both i REALY like)

best idea would be to pick up a dime-a-dozen F22 motor in one piece that is in good shape. Seriously, a really good one can be found for practically free - $300 if you get desperate.
