Looking for modification ideas...

I'm officially starting The Suburban Project and I'm looking for ideas on how I can make my 2002 Burb' more fun. I don't need it to go over 100 mph, I just want it to get there as soon as is mechanically possible. I'm willing to put some serious jack into this project but, I'll be starting from scratch. In addition, I'd really like to get in touch with someone who's done something like this. Here's a few items I'd like to explore.

-Superchargers
-Switching the engine for a big block
-At what point to I need to change the drivetrain
-Lowering for better handling
-Direct power systems
-New brake system
-What Minor components can I change, that when combined will make a big difference
-Chips
-Exhaust
-Nitrous
-What else???

Thanks
