front clip swap to 240sx from GT-R ?

is it possible to install a GT-R skyline front clip onto a s14 ?
is the front clip to wide?
is it possible then to make is 4wd then ?
how much would the graft cost ?
(any body shops that would like to give a quote !)

Being A Unibody I Sure As Hell Hope You Are Good At Unibody Work.

The Body Panels From A R33 Will Hang On A S14 With Work, The Engine Sits In There, To Get Awd You Will Have To Weld In Mounting Point For The Doublewishbone Style Front Suspension And Notch The Frame Rails For The Axles.

i wouldn't even think about directly grafting the front end right onto the car. for one, it will never be as strong as stock again. plus, they're totally different unibodies, so it will just be weird. if you want a Skyline front on your S14, just install the engine, and customize the panels so that they will fit the S14 unibody. i personally don't see the point to the AWD. it requires more work and money then it's worth.

Awd Does Alot, If What Your Designing The Car For Can Utilize It. Awd Is More Than Worth It But It Has To Be Useful For Your Purpose, I Can't Stress That Enough. Your Project Car Should Have A Purpose And You Should Select A Setup Based On That.

they are like in week 9 of the whole ordeal or something.

they arent putting the front end on, but i think they are putting in the AWD chassis parts. check it out, it may be usefull and you can probably email em.

as for the set up for the car It's going to be all street drag. I want the rb26 because when you line up they see a 240sx at best they think " OH, it's has a SR swap!" Then i just kick the mess out of them.

As for the AWD, it is hard, next to impossible, to put in the RB without the RHD convert. or making it a single turbo. Since i don't want to relearn how to drive nor would i have the monye to buy a bigger turbo to make up the loss of one turbo plus buying a new manifold, i see only one thing to do, go with a single turbo and AWD. that way i get max traction out of the hole and quicker spool up to get a jump on my opponent.

is there anyone or any where that i can go to get a quote on how much it will cost to make it AWD. Or is there a source that i can use so i can find out how to do it myself?
