Confusing question

ok, i know this is gonna sound cheesey, but in the original fast n furious movie, when the azn guy pulls up to race the white volkswagon, whats making that loud engine noise in the azn guys s2000? where can i get one for my 95 integra? and how much will it cost?

I think it might have been turbo'd I don't remember that part well enought but it could have been the BOV

nono not the air releasing sound, the loud revving of the engine, could it have been a intake? gimmie a few mins ill try to get the sound recorded

its more of a high pitech tung rolling sound

i think it was the supercharger making the noise but like he said i cant remember.

all it was the motor being revved to 9000rpms in N, the rev limit of a stock s2k from that year was 9g, now its at 8200rpms.

yeah but i saw some aftermarket intake that you could change the sound on, it wasnt the muffler making the sound on it when i saw it, i think it was k&n?
