Car stalls and cuts off sometimes

Hello, I have a 93 buick lesabre that stalls while driving at times, and then cuts off when i turn corners sometimes. I just had the fuel filter changed, and the vacumm hoses checked and repaired. Can someone help me with what I should try next?

I'm agreeing with you on this, might be the sending unit too though

Re: Car stalls and cuts off sometimes

The sending unit affects the operation of the gauge only. It can be checked by connecting a DVM to the leads, and slowly move the float arm. The readings should change smoothly, in both directions. You might also check the fuel pressure. If low, the pump is likely the culprit. This sounds like guilding the lily, but I don't like changing parts before determining whether they are defective. Ray
