Unhappy 1997 Tahoe will not start

I replaced the battery and checked the starter relay. My fuel pump works fine. When I try to start my truck nothing happens It will not even crank nor does the starter make any noise, but I am still getting power to the rest of my truck. What could be the possible problems why my truck is not starting

Your truck has a crank fuse in the instrument panel fuse box and a starter relay in the underhood electrical center.
