95 Chevy Caprice 9C1 Starting Problem
I am having trouble getting my car started. I thought it might be the battery so I charged it up, and all my interior lights come on somewhat bright. When I turn the car over I get nothing, all my guages go down except my heat guage shoots to high. I am thinking there might be a short or the starter is bad or maybe even bad bad cell in the battery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

starter or solenoid, best take it off and have a parts store test it.
