My 95 millenia has a problem starting when the outdoor temperature drops below 50-55 F. I think it may be some kind of interlock between the ignition switch and the automatic tranny gear shifter, since sometimes I can jiggle the shifter and get it started. Could it just be the starter solenoid that's getting stuck with the cooler weather and the shifter is just a co-incidence? Can anyone offer some suggestions?
