DX to MPfI Swap with AC

I've seen a couple posts here regarding errors on the MPFI swap how-to's. Does any one know for sure if CRX DX models that have AC need to be wired a little differently when doing a MPFI swap ? I've had issues with my 02 sensor that causes the car to run bad. I've replaced and checked everything on the fuel system so I think it has something to do with the wiring because of the AC sytem.

I have ac in my car, I did the swap and everything still works fine...
