Howdy! Some help with ignition problems?

I have a 99 Durango 5.2L(318cin) that I swapped engines on. The engine I used was from a 96 Ram.

The engine turns over but would not start. I was able to determine that fuel is fine, but there is no spark. I disconnected the coil, and found that there is no power going to the coil. Any idea why this would be?

The Haynes manual is next to useless when troubleshooting this. The ignition system is just an outlined box labelled "Powertrain Control Module" in the wiring diagrams. No further info on what or where this module is, or what it does.

help?
