1999 LT front seats need to sit up straighter

Just bought a pre-owned 1999 LT Suburban. Nice Price, Nice ride, but a couple of things don't work. Does anyone have any idea how to get the seat backs to be straight up? There is a switch that allows the seat to be pulled forward (so you can get into the back seat area, I assume), but it locks in at an angle. I wish I could get it to sit straighter. Does anyone have any modification suggestions.

The heated seats either don't work at all or the heat is so low it isn't noticeable. Does anyone have an idea how get the cold leather nice and toastY?

Does anyone have any advice, experience, suggestions when it comes to non-functional outside rear view mirrors I dont' think it is in the switch because it will move the driver's side in one direction, but the passenger side is non functional.

Does anyone have any idea how to get the seat backs to be straight up?

Thanks for any and all assistance,

Mike
