dawes totalled a car, killing himself and two others. that was not his own car, which car it was is unknown. Unknown what happened to this car as well. was seen in holland by a friend of mine, it was on a trailer, towed by a nissan patrol gr, probably with german plates, in a town called 'hattem' (lots of rich people)

Lawrence Stroll's (note my previous incorrect spelling) F1 is not a former Petrik car. #045 was sold by Newport Autosport and then Motorcars Intl, it's current location/owner is unknown.

How certain are you that #002 is Murray Walker's?? I've never heard his name associated with F1 ownership. I'd love to hear more. Car has HDF Kit now btw.

Murray Walker rated it as the "best car ever" on Topgear last season. I think the range rover was the eventual winner but Walker drove and argued the Mclaren as the best ever.

Murray Walker does not own an F1. I seen the film he made campaigned for the F1 to be voted the greatest car ever on top gear, and he certainly didn't look like an owner. I recognise the guy that did the track driving in the film, but can't put a name to the face (i think he's a racing driver).

I'm pretty sure XP2 was rebuilt, read the Fate of XPs thread for more info.

Tiff Needel really really wishes he had enough money to afford a McLaren F1. Unlike that bafoon Jeremy Clarkson, Tiff truly appreciates the cars for what they are and would love to have one.

BTW: Maarten - this is an excellent list so far once you clean it up. Nearly half the road cars are accounted for.
