ok no fmu

after reading alot of foums im not going to use an fmu im going to get some bigger injectors and a chiped ecu or a s-afc. can someone tell me what a good but cheap set up would for my car (very very low budget)
i have
88 civic with zc swap, acura integra ecu (pg7), t-25 turbo, intercooler
and im only wanting 6 psi.
