93 escort lx, need help.
I just had timing belt replaced on my escort, and now there is a strange noise, sounds like a whinny, belt to tight sound? I don't know if this is related to timing belt change, but now the engine revs much more when clutch is engaged to shift, plus i've noticed that once in while fuel continues to flow to carb after foot is taken off accelerator. Any ideas?
