Question shimmy in 2003 trailblazer ext

I have a shimmy that starts to become noticeable at about 35-40 mph and get worse as speed goes up. Tires were rebalanced but still there any ideas ????

Bad tire? (Try moving them front to back) Alignment?

Have you been in the mud it could be some mud stuck on the innerside of the wheel.
