Great to see the 'Rokus cutting corners like that. Plenty of grip in that chassis too if properly setup. The FC was pretty interesting, too. Needed more grip though to get by that Skyline. It seemed to lose the most ground getting out of the corners.

Actually, its called the Skyline having AWD and blowing the FC out of the water coming out of the corners.

What Octagon is saying is that the FC needs a bit more work in the suspension setup to maintain corner speed so it could more or less shadow the Skyline.

The Hachirokus weren't drifting at all from what I could see, just looked like they were doing a basic touge battle.

But what Redneck doesn't realize is that the R32 in question was a GTS-M. One of the FR Skylines with the RB20DET.

And yes, I KNOW it's called drifting. And the FC driver was using good fluid drifts to catch up in the middle of corners and through tight corner complexes, it's just that he stayed on the throttle too long coming out of the corners instead of feathering it, thus losing ground to the Skyline.

A bit more grip would solve that problem.

Smile !

That was a cool RX-7 Video, (although i have seen it so many times before) Damn i love the sound of that blowoff valve.
Well, AWD drifting like that is hard to come by, but it can be done.
But it very well could be a GT-S 2WD Skyline, I think it is, but how can you be sure Layla? was it on the website? cause i missed it.

Two things make me sure. #1 is the fact that it's very VERY clear that the Skyline was spinning its rear tires. The multiple corner drifts it was doing were purely the work of an FR chassis. #2 is the side profile of the front bumper. It's rounded. R32 GT-R's have squared-off front bumpers that jut out at the bottom.

Of course, it could just be the grainy video and the fact that the Skyline owner defused his ATTESA ET-S to keep his car FR during the match.
