photoshop help

i know this is way off topic in a car thread, i aplogize for that i do chop cars though, i will post pix later, but i need help adding blood to an image for my website, if any one can help plz do so, if u need the layers seperatly so u dont mess up the showdows, splastic and shine on the image plz tell me.
