Problems with Cd player :(

Hey all. Yet another question from yours truley.
I have just installed a factory bucik cd player in my buick. it works perfectly fine when i first use it in the mornig then about 4 or 5 songs later it stats skiping at every little bump then it stops reading and playing the cd and all cds.

what could be the problem with it?
