£$%£$£$£ing gallery

why oh why oh why. the gallery uploading has screwed up all my posts.
in my latest upload the gallery has overwritten nearly all my pics with the workstation pics!!!!!!!!!!!!
wht the

why the hell doesnt it lock it all in place. never had this trouble before, ever.

now i am super fuckjing pissed off

i just checked my galery and out of 20 photos all but 4 are triplicates of my workstation pics. its overwritten all my subaru and rx7 pics.
all my progress pics have gone do lally. no fun.
doing research on getting my own web site to host now. cant stand all the problems.

When you upload photos, you have to verify that they are the ones you want to upload, did you perhaps miss that step?

Chris, I host my site with Easily.co.uk . They do this kind of pay-as-you-go hosting where you pay for data transfer as it's used and just log in to purchase more now and then. My website is near 100mb and cost's me maybe £2 or £3 a week at it's buisiest. If you are just hosting pics it would barely cost anything.

i use mysitespace.com

i actually have a home page there, so i can link my pictures from there. they dont allow hot linking (im not entirely sure what that is) but as long as it actually looks like you have a home page there, they shouldnt care.

damn, that lot almost rhymes

yes i verified that it was the pic i wanted. i have had no trouble before and in the past day it just went bad!
if you check out my gallery its replaced everything with three photos constantly replicated over 15 or so pics.
i have lost all sorts of threads ruined now

Just had a look... I see what you mean. Bummer . Lucky it was only a few pictures. I'd just re-upload the original pics to the gallery then get yourself some webspace to put any new pics.
