custom exhausts?
Does anyone here do this? I have seen it, like custom mufflers for Honduhs and like but dont really know how to do it. And how do people paint the exhaust to get it too look like the hot exhaust gases have discolored it like this pic.
Thanks Josh

well, I don't make my own exhausts, and I've never tried heat staining, but here is an old thread about it:

You can start actually making the pipes from aluminum tubing found at your hobby shop. I have been using copper ad brass for mine for some time now as there are more sizes available, it bends easier, and sometimes I chrome plate my headers, although they paint very well too! The Tamiya article is a terific source for the painting.
