A sad day for the TA
Well, my car has been cleaned, covered, and parked in a garage for the winter. Since this thing does not see snow whatsoever, I won't likely have it out again until next March or April. I need to move where it's warm all year 'round and NO SNOW! It's truly been a sad day... anyone else out there feelin' my pain?

I'd love to be feeling that pain. My pain is because I know that mine is gonna see snow, it doesn't have any other choice...

Believe me, I am so glad I have the ability to store it so I don't have to drive it in the snow. I just hate putting it away; the anticipation of driving it again in the spring is just insane. Plus, I'm looking forward to getting the new exhaust system on too.

Good question. I've been checking out reviews left and right. It seems when comparing Flowmaster with Borla, it's Borla hands down. However, it seems anyone who has installed the SLP LoudMouth is extremely satisfied. One cool thing about the LM is it's made specifically for the F-Bodies. Sooo, I still have some research to do... right now, I think Borla is ahead of all others, but that could change. I also need to look into Magnaflow...

Yup, that's why I like my LM so much. It's the same stock look as my SLP dual-dual, but the tips are chrome instead of stainless steel.

Re: A sad day for the TA
my 94 T.A. doesn't see snow, we don't have that in the desert much, but she loves the rain!

isn't the desert good for cars? something about the air quality that doesn't break down paint or material or something?

Re: A sad day for the TA
well, mine is burgandy (94), and the paint cracked underneath the clear coat, but is still intact. and unfortunantly I live down a dirt road, so I am constantly cleaning the air filter... my friend's blue firebird (95) is chipped badly... but my other friend's green Bird (93) is beautiful and so is my brother's silver T.A.(02) and his black T.A. (98) the neighbor's green Camaro's (98?)paint is flawless!!! I'm thinking it has something to do with the colors?! and my interior is great!

Your brother has a silver AND a black TA? Must be nice! I was going to get my '02 TA in black but decided it'd be hard trying to keep it clean all the time (and black shows more scratches/swirls in the paint). Silver is such an awesome color!

Re: A sad day for the TA
Dude! I love the silver T.A.s and firebirds! We all have a little T.A. "clan" out here, it kicks ass rolling down the main road in town, 3 birds in a row and sometimes a Camaro or two! EVERYONE STARES! I LOVE IT!!! But his black one (like my burgandy one) gathers dust in a flash!!! Know what though? Don't use Armorall on your dash out here! It'll make it crack! that's what happened to my friend's blue bird. I use babywipes! repells the dust!
