The LAST race

i live in Minnesota and its already snowing. The last race i saw was last saturday. it was hardcore, but the one race that got to me was a DSM goin against a SRT-4, Camaro SS, and a 5.0 Mustang. i was suprised that this DSM beat all except for a Black VR-4. I live in St.Paul for u minnesotans, any ways, this DSM was modified really good, cuz i thought the engine would blow on the 2nd-3rd race, but it didnt. I was really suprised how fast these cars are up close. i was like 10 ft away from the passin cars. Too many ricers, but really nice way to end my street racing week, till spring comes.

Re: The LAST race

its already snowing in minnesota? gees...

dsm's are sick when modded right. i still remember pulling up to an old school eclipse all sleeper except for a slanted exhaust and the license plate "boostin". i was in my 240 at the time.... lets just say the race lasted about 1 second, of which he was about 5 cars ahead.

i later found out that the car runs 10.8. sick.

You race 4 cars at a time, with people standing next to the strip?
Just be sure your diamond plate floor mats are tightened down good!

Now why cant my DSM end races within 1 second and run 10.8 1/4 mile times? Somethimes I want to trade my car in for a 1st gen awd gsx/tsi. But something keeps telling me, Bigger turbo(comming this week), fuel control and Phuck those rims and youll be on our way. It just makes me feel all tingly inside when I think of my motor producing those times.
