This issue was just up recently, just say "court" and things may change. That pissies me off though, people who copy other people's ideas. There's this sign on my fridge right now from Cisco systems that says "Your good idea is anyone's until you patent it' So maybe you can patent a website or copyright it or something.

oh yeah, and I highly suggest you buy ultimatecarpage.org... and ultimatecarpage.co.uk

I should think you can't sue him, seeing you would have got a patent or copyright after he legaly got it. AND some domain services provide legal protection

Ya, I'm pretty sure copyrights cost money. I f you had a patent or "Patent pending" you'd be able to sue, if you don't all you can do is spas at them. sorry

That pisses me off he bought the name one week before i got it!!!! But I can't like sue him for the name not the address, cause I found a site that I can get my logo and name copyrighted for 100 dollars. And if I get the copyright before he does what can he do?

Nothing, he may still be able to have the name and logo, but he can't use it for profit. If you get it copyrighted he can't touch you.
