I was on the freeway today and caught view of a lowered red eg with jdm corners and black rims creeping up, then slowly passing me. I noticed he had a stripped interior so it wasn't just some riceboy.. I pulled up next to him and dropped into third and we were off. 60-70 we were tied, 70-80 tie, 80-90 tied, 90-100 tied, and there was traffic so I let off. I didn't hear any sneezing so I know it's all motor, but wtf could he have had? Maybe a b18c1? b16a2? The only reduction I have in my car is no back seat or spare tire. I do have a big dumb sub box though.. point is his car's lighter than mine but not faster. Hmmmm...

Should'a asked him what he runs. I'm sure he's a track-guy if the car was stripped like that.

You could've gotten a figure on what you should expect to run if you got your driving down...

Oh I pulled off an exit after slowing down, had to get back to work from lunch. I hope I see him again on the street or something though..

really could have been any swap, OR even a VERY modified SOHC motor (most unlikely, but still is a chance.)
